Are you feeling the call of the spiral? That gentle pull inward, the sense that time isn’t moving in a straight line anymore, but circling you back to something ancient something your soul already knows. The spiral has been whispering through dreams, showing up in nature, awakening in the body. It’s not just a symbol it’s an energy, a rhythm, a remembering. The spiral is one of the oldest sacred markings we’ve ever found. Etched into stone, drawn into cave walls, appearing across ancient sites and cultures. It’s been with us for thousands of years not by accident, but because it speaks to the way life actually moves. In rhythms. In cycles. In deep, slow revolutions. In the Celtic tradition, the triple spiral holds the wisdom of life, death and rebirth. Maiden, Mother, Crone. Mind, body, spirit. It’s not just something to look at it’s a path you walk. The Druids saw the spiral as the blueprint of creation and initiation. You move inward to meet yourself, then spiral outward to share what you’ve found. Nature knows this. Spirals are everywhere in shells, ferns, flower petals, horns, river bends, even the stars. The spiral isn’t abstract. It’s embodied. It’s how galaxies are formed and how a baby grows in the womb. The ancients saw it as the shape of the divine feminine ever-unfolding, cyclic, sacred. The spiral is womb wisdom. Blood wisdom. Earth wisdom. Cultures across the world knew this too from the Māori and Mayan and to the Indigenous. Spirals were used in ceremony, in stories, in initiations. In sacred sites like Newgrange in Ireland, they’re carved deep into stone, tracking the solstices and the passage between worlds. Time wasn’t linear to them it was a spiral.
